I didn't start out pursing photography as a job. I began as a kid who was fascinated by visual art and was drawn to capturing the world around me from a young age. For years growing up, I photographed for no one else but myself and was able to pour all of my heart into my work. I believe that is what has helped me develop a unique style and I try to bring that artistry into my professional work.
When I graduated from college and began doing photography full-time, I also got bit by the travel bug. 10 years later, I've traveled to 40+ countries, have done van life, and I've lived abroad in Mexico for two years. I ran a travel blog on the side for many years which has helped me become a skilled travel guide and I love to bring that expertise into my business to help my clients discover the dreamiest places to shoot. Adventure Session
Donna planned and then drove with us on our Mexico elopement road trip from the desert to a jungle sculpture garden, which had always been a dream for us. The trip (itinerary planned by Donna) was literally a dream come true, with lunches with epic views and beautiful nature walks to waterfalls. Donna was so fun and so easygoing. And somehow, even without me having professional hair and makeup, Donna took the best photos of me that have ever been taken. When my husband saw our photo gallery, he said "Wow, these are better than my eyes."
