I first picked up a camera when I was only 13. I spent my high school years as a fine art photographer and quickly realized that I had a talent for photography and God was about to take me on a wild adventure through my photography career.
In college, I was accepted into an entrepreneurship program of only 40 students a year and had the opportunity to start my wedding photography business. I began photographing intimate beach weddings in the Florida panhandle, and then when I moved back to my hometown of Miami, I was able to pursue weddings full-time. After college, I was bitten by the travel bug and traveled to 40 countries throughout my twenties. During that time, I also grew my business to include destination weddings and elopements and shot in places like Iceland, Greece, Mexico, Colombia, Alaska, Yosemite, and more!
In August of 2022, I was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and could no longer handle the physical nature of "big weddings". My diagnosis forced me to slow down, but it ended up being a blessing in disguise because it helped me get back to the heart of what I really love as a photographer which is to tell meaningful stories.
The most important thing in my life is my faith in Jesus, and I desire to shine his light through the gifts he has given me. I have always been drawn to sunlight and have developed a style over the years that is very warm, vibrant, and bright. I hope my photos bring you joy in the midst of a dark world.
